Catching up with Friends!

You can tell you’re working too hard when you find out friends are winning contests left and right! And the greatest kudos goes to Leslie who won the Great American Quilt Factory Bra Embellishment contest: Ocean’s Blue Mystery Embellished Bra! GO LESLIE! Everyone go take a look!

If you want to offer a hearty congratulations (and the bra is gorgeous) go leave a comment on her blog entry about it!

My other friend Samantha won Honorable Mention for her Frieda Bra-Lo bra!

Wow! My friends ROCK! Ok, I have been working too hard and not stitching at all, but I’ve been working behind the scenes on the Rocky Mountain Crazy Quilters and it seems we’re inspiring more new members to create great stuff….Tina (you guys might remember her old posts) recieved an ovation at the meeting for finishing an entire crazy quilt in record time! It looks cozy and is really well done – go comment on her blog post about it (you have to go about 1/2 way down)! GO TINA! (and she started a new job as an advertising sales person at a local TV station so WOW! she’s just totally kicking tushie!
