Last look at Christmas

Now this picture has a story:
These are our 3 cats – “Harry”, “Frasier” and “Reggie” – I came up on this “reindeer costume” (there are feet too, but imagine getting them onto a cat!) at Target while shopping for last minute stocking stuffers.

The joke immediately became that there was no picture of a cat wearing it on the package – so we figured no one had ever successfully gotten a cat to wear it. So, for $4.99 I was willing to take the challenge.

As you can see, the 3 cats did indeed wear it, for about 10-30 seconds each. Frasier was the longest and willing to keep it on without being held. Reggie second (he actually purred!) and Harry who was “NOT AMUSED” but posed for exactly 2 pictures.

So, the moral of this story? Cats do NOT like costumes.

It was fun tho! 🙂
