Tangled Threads – one of my favorite blogs

Maureen at Tangled Threads does some of the most beautiful work! Her current dragon block is just fabulous. It’s really wonderful to be able to “hook up” with more experienced crazy quilters out there.
Her post on embossing velvet has me working on a new project. I think I’m going to do a needlework geisha with an embossed velvet border. I will post pictures when I get a little farther along with it. Speaking of pictures I think I’ll be posting again today with pictures of Matey Moo’s stocking in progress. I think it’s a bit “junky” looking, but HECK, it’s Christmas! He loves it too…he keeps pointing to the stars, so I guess it’s a hit!
