“Bringing in the sheaves” – TAST stitch

Ha ha, I’m so funny – this week is the “sheaf” stitch, thus the little ditty above. I’m finally back in the groove and made a huge switch from working on a project to working in my stitch book – a little book I put together years ago and never used. I think because of the types of stitches I just got uncomfortable with putting each of them in my projects and it got stressful to figure out where – OH and my summer was TOO crazy and too busy!

However, here I am, done with this week and prepared to finish the year!

I played with the stitch as a connecting border and then as stars. Nothing fancy, but I’m just getting my hand in.

I’ve started a big cross stitch project and am still working on my crewel project, so more pictures of those soon!
