Day 7: After a slight rain delay, 20 of my favorite things

It’s been a busy week, Halloween costumes to be made, son in the school play, wind storms (ok, that’s only an excuse for me, but I’m taking it – ha ha) and a bunch of work projects. That all made a good excuse for me to get off track for a few days, but here’s day 7:

  1. Laughing with my kids
  2. Hanging out with my kids
  3. Hanging out with my husband
  4. Going on car trips with the family
  5. Fabric
  6. Threads
  7. Working on embroidery or beading
  8. Stitch night
  9. Chatting with friends
  10. Books
  11. Petting one of our 3 cats
  12. Gardening
  13. Blogging (writing in general)
  14. Having friends for dinner
  15. Having the house really organized
  16. Playing computer games
  17. Taking the dog for a walk
  18. Taking pictures
  19. Posting pictures on the internet
  20. Keeping in communication with hundreds of friends I’ve made through the years (via internet these days – used to be the once a year Christmas letter)
