Day 8: A photo that makes me happy

In posting this, I looked around and frankly any pictures of my family make me happy – or the pets, or anything personal – even my artwork. However, when I had to stop and think about it, most recently, this made me happy.

If you were reading my “Perfect Moment Mondays” – then this one came up after we moved and settled and was the first time we really relaxed and enjoyed our new location.
One of the reasons I like Perfect Moment Monday is you realize that it’s really the small stuff that keeps us all happy, not tons of money or material things, but family, nature, comfort, security (well that sometimes involves money, but you know what I mean). I remember hearing that when I was a kid and thinking “posh – that’s too simple!” – but I think it’s exactly right!
