May BJP done

Now what’s REALLY important here is to know my goal and that is absolutely – no matter what, no excuses to finish a doll a month. This month was fraught with many issues – the worst being this fabulous textured fabric I picked STRETCHES – HUGE! so, the fabulous pattern I thought was going to be on the doll is on the back because it turned out nasty when stretched.

So, why not start over? Because I’m doing these like one might do sketches…quick, no questions asked, experiments. Do I love it? No. Do I like some things about her. Yes. I actually sort of like the material, but would need to approach it really differently next time. So, she’s done. Which is my goal. At one point this month, I was talking about doing just a huge blob with a spike through it, so this is a bit better than that! ha ha!
