The weekend that was….

The weekend that was….

As my facebook friends know, Missy C and I enjoyed my 2nd day at what used to be called the creative festival. We bought so much stuff that I’m feeling guilty and NOT posting photos of it. Needless to say we had a wonderful time.

I did this weekend finish this tho for the CHAC gallery Milagros del Corazon – theme flowers and bugs – not sure on a clever title, but I was definately going for funky, retro and fun:

It goes up for auction to benefit the gallery – lets hope it sells! 🙂 We even have a sitter to see if it goes or not! (oh, and to buy stuff). This is NOT a fiber art friendly gallery tho, so it’s possible it will get overlooked (although my friend who works at the gallery usually buys it then! :)) . So wish it luck – maybe someone will appreciate it!

And then the little impromptu cute picture of one of the cats:

I have to say, I was happy I grabbed the camera in time for this one.
